Because each mural is custom‑made to your wall measurements and printed to order, returns and refunds are not available once production has begun. Please double‑check your wall size before placing your order.
If your mural arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any production issue, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem. I will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
If you believe there has been an error with your order, or you need support before installation, I’m always here to help. My goal is to make sure your mural arrives beautifully and fits your space perfectly.

Production typically takes 5–7 working days, after which your mural is shipped within the UK or to countries across the EU.
Once dispatched, delivery times are usually:
•     UK: 2–4 working days
•     EU: 5–10 working days (delivery times may vary depending on local postal services and customs processing)
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your mural is on its way.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. EU customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by their country.
If your parcel arrives damaged or shows signs of mishandling, contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can help resolve the issue quickly.
